Come work your whole core in just 30 minutes in this lunchtime class at The Exercise Space! Every Wednesday from 12:15-12:45pm we will work a different group of exercises that will challenge you to get (and keep) overall functional strength in your core.
Our core is our center of gravity where all of our movement begins. An efficient core is necessary for maintaining proper muscle balance and preventing possible injuries. A weak core can make you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. When you have good core stability, the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen work in harmony and provide support to your spine for just about any activity…like earning a great six pack!
