Today more of us work in offices, have longer work hours, use more technology and automation, and are required to move less on a daily basis.  This environment unfortunately produces inactive, less healthy, and nonfunctional people…which leads to dysfunction and increased chances of injury.  However, a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist can help you by taking an integrated approach to create a safe exercise program that considers the functional capacity for each one of you individually.
