I&#039;ve found that the individually packaged string cheeses are a good way for me to stick to a good portion size (80 calories for the kind I buy). I order black beans and extra salsa from mexican takeout joints and shred up a packet of string cheese over it myself instead of letting them arbitrarily scoop theirs on.
